Savoury Boysenberry Sauce


¾ cup of tomato sauce

1Tbs brown sugar

1tps mustard

1Tbs worchester sauce

¾ cup boysenberry puree (personal choice of seedless or not)

1tps minced garlic

pinch of salt


Place items in a medium saucepan over a medium low heat and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally until sauce has thickened (personal preference as to how thick you want your sauce). Pour or brush sauce over your desired food, great for skewers, meatballs, chicken or steak!

If you like a bit of spice add in your desired amount of chilli or other spices.
